Containerized Battery Energy Storage System

The MW-class container energy storage system includes key equipment such as energy conversion system and control system. The core technologies are concentrated on battery pack, battery cluster structure design, battery system thermal design, protection technology and battery management system. The system consists of battery system and energy conversion system. The battery system includes lithium iron phosphate battery module, battery management system and fuse switch for DC short circuit protection and circuit isolation. All equipment is integrated in the container. In order to meet the capacity output requirements, multiple battery modules form a battery cluster, and its DC output is connected to the energy conversion system to realize DC-AC and AC-DC (bidirectional) power control.

The system has the functions of new energy access, grid-connected control, data acquisition, remote transmission and unattended operation. Compared with traditional energy storage power stations, it has the advantages of simple installation and debugging, beautiful appearance, etc. It is particularly suitable for grid-connected or off-grid energy storage systems in complex environments such as high altitudes, high-cold islands and deserts.
