ZEOLUFF: Rooted in Kazakhstan, Building a Full-Scenario Zero-Carbon Solution

ZEOLUFF is a professional service provider deeply engaged in Kazakhstan’s clean energy market, and the only enterprise in Kazakhstan that can deliver a one-stop service covering the entire process of design, construction and installation for clean energy projects. Focusing on the core goals of Kazakhstan’s Low-Carbon Development Vision until 2050, we rely on our industrial chain-wide technological strength and in-depth localized service capabilities to create customized zero-carbon energy solutions for local households, industrial and commercial entities, industrial parks, government agencies and energy bases. As a core strategic partner for Kazakhstan’s green energy transition, we drive the efficient development and large-scale application of renewable energy in the region with professional technologies and proven project delivery capabilities.

Founded in 2014, ZEOLUFF is a national high-tech enterprise with 11 years of expertise in the clean energy sector. We have always regarded Kazakhstan as a core strategic market and built a comprehensive localized service system covering project investment, R&D, equipment customization, engineering construction, operation and maintenance management, and intelligent dispatching locally. Leveraging our unique one-stop service capabilities, we realize a closed-loop service for the entire life cycle of clean energy projects. At present, we have set up regional service centers in core cities such as Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Shymkent, with business coverage across 14 oblasts and 2 cities of republican significance in Kazakhstan. We have served more than 35,000 local household users and over 2,000 industrial and commercial clients, and completed more than 400 wind, solar and energy storage projects. We are committed to creating a free zero-carbon lifestyle and a low-cost zero-carbon operation model for Kazakhstan with tangible actions.

Aligning with Kazakhstan’s abundant solar and wind energy endowments and backed by our unique one-stop service advantages, ZEOLUFF has built four core business segments to achieve full-scenario coverage of zero-carbon energy services. In clean energy project investment and development, we provide full-process solutions with one-stop services and have pioneered the “zero-carbon customization + financial empowerment” model, enabling customers to access free clean energy with zero investment. Our benchmark projects including the 150MW wind-solar-storage hybrid power station in Nur-Sultan have achieved an accumulated annual power generation of over 6 billion kWh and an annual carbon reduction of more than 5.8 million tons. In equipment supply, we have established strategic cooperation with global leading brands such as LONGi Green Energy, and set up equipment warehousing and customization centers in Kazakhstan. We tailor equipment solutions for the local special climate and have supplied more than 12,000 sets of customized equipment, paired with one-stop installation services to ensure the stable operation of energy systems for more than 25 years. In intelligent operation and maintenance, we have built a Sino-Kazakh operation and maintenance team of over 150 professionals and an integrated online-offline O&M system, enabling 24-hour fault resolution. The power generation efficiency of the projects we operate and maintain is 10%-12% higher than the local industry average. Our self-developed energy management platform has completed carbon footprint accounting for more than 500 local enterprises. In the virtual power plant sector, we have aggregated more than 800MW of local distributed energy resources and built two benchmark projects, helping local enterprises and residents reduce electricity costs by about 15%-20% and enhancing grid stability.

ZEOLUFF regards technological innovation as its core competitiveness, with an annual R&D investment accounting for more than 8% of its revenue. We have built an R&D team of over 80 professionals, including a 20-person localized R&D group focusing on solving local pain points, which provides core technical support for our one-stop services. The company has obtained more than 60 patents in total, including 22 invention patents, and led or participated in the formulation of 3 industry standards. We have made key breakthroughs in anti-freeze heterojunction solar cells, long-cycle low-temperature energy storage batteries and other fields. Relevant technologies have been applied in more than 80% of local projects, significantly reducing the cost of zero-carbon transition in Kazakhstan.

Adhering to the philosophy of “localized operation, localized service and localized talent development”, over 70% of our employees are local Kazakhs, and our core management team has both Chinese-Kazakh bilingual capabilities and local energy industry experience. This enables our one-stop services to be deeply adapted to local market needs and realize full-process localized connection of projects. We have trained more than 800 professional technical personnel for the local area and driven over 3,000 jobs in related industries. Meanwhile, we have built 15 public welfare photovoltaic power stations in remote areas of Kazakhstan, benefiting more than 50,000 people and fulfilling our social responsibilities actively.

Upholding the vision of “making green and low-carbon accessible to all”, ZEOLUFF will continue to deepen its market layout in Kazakhstan by virtue of its unique one-stop service advantages. In the next 3 years, we plan to add 5 regional service centers, complete the construction of wind-solar-storage projects with a total installed capacity of over 5,000MW, and expand the energy aggregation scale of virtual power plants to over 2GW, building a smart energy platform adapted to the Central Asian region. We will continue to deepen our presence in Kazakhstan’s clean energy market with professional one-stop services and strong technological strength, helping Kazakhstan achieve the goal of 15% renewable energy power generation by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, and jointly building a green and sustainable zero-carbon future with Kazakhstan.
